The Fast Focusing Center is located south of Denver, CO in the “Park Meadows” area of Lone Tree, CO. While clients travel from around the United States and even from outside the U.S. for training at our clinic, most of the people we treat are from the Denver Metro area.
The Fast Focusing Center comprises of a team of experienced mental health and neurofeedback professionals. Our core staff includes:
Steven Stockdale, Ph.D.
Steven Stockdale is a psychologist licensed by the Colorado State Board of Psychological Examiners.
Dr. Stockdale completed his undergraduate studies (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology from Eastern Illinois University in 1971. He completed his Master of Science degree (M.S.) in Educational Psychology-School Related Psychology at Indiana University in 1976. In 1980, Dr. Stockdale completed his Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D.) in Counseling Psychology at North Texas State University.
Dr. Stockdale has been using neurofeedback and other alternative training therapies in his practice for many years with excellent results. He oversees the neurofeedback training of clients at Fast Focusing Center and manages a successful psychotherapy practice in Colorado Springs, CO.
Debera Jensen
Debera Jensen holds the following certifications and distinctions:
- Certified Brain Gym and Educational Kinesiology Practitioner and Instructor
- Certified Neuro Linguistic Communication Practitioner
- Certified Thought Field Therapy Practitioner and Instructor
Debera’s career began as a public school music teacher (she holds a B.A. in Music Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, 1972), where she worked with many children with learning challenges. During that time, she found that Educational Kinesiology was highly effective for children with ADD/ADHD. She became certified as a trainer for Edu-K.
Over several years, she looked for additional techniques to help children with learning challenges, and eventually developed her own highly effective system which she calls Fast Focusing. It is a program that has significantly improved the lives of hundreds of children and adults by helping them focus and concentrate.
Alan Jensen
Alan Jensen was trained as an attorney and he is licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado.
For a number of years, Alan has shared the interests of his wife, Debera, in pioneering new training for people with issues on learning, focus and concentration. He is a Certified NLP Practioner and has completed the NLP Trainer’s training.
Alan is available to provide training in the use of NLP.
Alan was trained as a neurofeedback technician by Dr. Steven Stockdale and has since provided several hundred neurofeedback training sessions at the Fast Focusing Center.
