Training Methods - Neuro-Linguistic Programming

|
What is it?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the objective study of the communication of subjective experience.
One basic premise of NLP is that the words we use reflect our inner perceptions. If these words and perceptions are inaccurate, they will create an internal conflict.
When using neuro-linguistic techniques, Fast Focusing Center therapists analyze each word and phrase a client uses in describing their symptoms or concerns. The therapist also observes the client’s facial expressions and body movements.
After identifying any conflicts in the client’s perception, the therapist will:
- Help them understand the root cause of their condition.
- Help them remodel their thoughts and mental associations in order to fix their preconceived notions.
Fast Focusing Center staff use NLP to retrain unhealthy traits and replace them with positive patterns that promote wellness. NLP is one important component in Fast Focusing Center’s broad array of training techniques which, when used together, create a personalized approach to each client’s training.
